HEFEI, April 21 (Xinhua) — An agricultural technology park in Feidong County, east China’s Anhui Province has been cultivating vegetables and other crops aeroponically.

When seedlings are transplanted to a soilless, aeroponic developing equipment, mist-spraying devices will routinely spray atomized nutrient alternatives to their dangling roots and reduce stems. In undertaking so, the aeroponic process can supply vitamins and minerals in accordance to the plants’ requires throughout their full advancement cycle, hence cutting down land use and labor prices.
